1 报名者必须携带1张护照型的照片和1张复印版的出生证书。
Please bring along a passport size photo and a copy of birth certificate.
2 报名缴费后，所缴之任何费用一概恕不退还和转让。幼儿缺席及假期期间不得扣除费用。
若孩子无法如期入学，视作自动退学论。
Please note that once a pupil is enrolled, there will be no refund and transfer.
Also, no reduction will be allowed for non-attendance and all holidays.
If a child fails to attend class as scheduled without notice from parents , he/she will be terminated as a pupil.
3 新生测试日期【17/12/2012-21/12/2012】
A written assessment is required before admission for the new pupil. Assessment date: [17/12/2012-21/12/2012]
4 开学日期：2013年1月2日（星期三）
New School Term：Wednesday, January 2, 2013
5 家长须准时接送幼儿。
Parents must be punctual to pick up child on time.
6 本园将征收“超时托儿费”，每半小时为RM5,托儿时间最迟至放学后的两个小时内。
The kindergarten shall charge RM5 being per half an hour “overtime child care fee”.
Child care duration shall be within two hours after school.
7 每月学费须于每月的第一周内缴清。若以支票付还，则需注明’ Kuching Buddhist Society Tadika Budhi’。
Fees must be promotly paid in full within the first week of every month either by cheques or cash.
All cheques must be paid to ‘ Kuching Buddhist Society Tadika Budhi’.
8 本园仅征收1月至11月之学费。
The kindergarten only collects eleven months school fee in a year from January to November.
9 家长须付还‘ 一个月的预付费用’ 以保留名额。
若欲办理退学手续，必须于退学月份的第一周内[ 1号至7号]呈交申请退学信件予园长，以便将‘预付费用’转为退学月份的学 费。
退学日期于月底生效。若无呈上退学信件或申请少于一个月，本园将不受理此项转费事项。
For comfirmation of a place in the kindergarten, all pupils are required to pay one month’s advance fee.
However, should any pupil decide to withdraw from the kindergarten,the parent must give one month’s notice
(the 1st-7th of the first week of the final month) in writing to the principal.
The advance fee would then be regarded as the school fee for the pupil’s final month in the kindergarten.
All withdrawals only take effect at the end of each month.
If no notice or notice less than a month is given, then the advance fee would be forfeited.
10 本园于星期六，星期日，公共假期，特别假期及学校假期将不上课，除非特别补课则将另行通知。
There will be no class on Saturday,Sunday,Public Holidays and other special holidays in our kindergarten.
11 幼儿需自备文具及点心。
Children should prepare their own stationary set and snacks.
12 园方谢绝具有特殊需要的幼儿（包括过动儿；语言障碍；自闭儿等）报名就读本园。
The kindergarten reserves the right not to accept the enrolment of a disabled child(physical or mental defect,autistic etc).
13 本园全日班提供午膳，沐浴，午睡（冷气睡房），下午点心，英文视听教材及輔助课业。
Lunch, bath, afternoon nap (air conditioned bedroom), afternoon snacks,English learning program and revision work
are included for whole-day class children.
购买事项:-[ Purchase Items ]
1 午睡用品：菩提全日班的幼儿必须统一购买床褥及床单。
Nap items for Whole Day Class: Mattress and bed sheet must be bought at the kindergarten office.
2 校服及运动服：请家长于开学前到本园办公室购买。
Uniform/Sports wear:Parents are requested to purchase these items at the kindergarten office before school re-opens.
3 书籍及文具：请家长于开学的第一天及每学期的第一周内向班老师统一购买。
Textbooks and Stationery:Please buy them from the class teacher on the 1st day of school’s re-opening and the 1st week of each term.
4 恕货物售出，不得退还。
Goods sold are not returnable.
